1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between bbwin ("we", "us", "the platform") and any individual ("you", "the player", "the user") who accesses, registers on, or uses the bbwin online gaming platform available at bbwin.im and any associated mobile or desktop applications.

Duplicate accounts discovered by bbwin will be closed and any associated balances forfeited.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

bbwin operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme as part of its commitment to security, fraud prevention, and responsible gaming. At any point — and particularly before processing withdrawal requests above specified thresholds — bbwin may request the following documents:

There is no upper limit on deposits, though bbwin may apply account-level deposit limits as part of its responsible gaming programme.

bbwin does not accept deposits from third parties. If funds are received from a payment method not registered to the account holder, the funds will be returned and the account suspended pending investigation. bbwin reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual deposit patterns.

4.2 Withdrawals

5. Bonus & Promotions Policy

5.1 General Bonus Terms

Progression through VIP tiers — Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, and Royal — is determined by deposit volume, wagering activity, and account standing over time. VIP rewards including personalised cashback, priority withdrawals, and dedicated account managers are at bbwin's sole discretion and do not constitute a contractual entitlement. bbwin reserves the right to amend, restructure, or discontinue the VIP Programme at any time with reasonable notice to affected members.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered bbwin player, you agree to use the platform in good faith and in compliance with these Terms at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of your agreement with bbwin:

• Identity fraud: Providing false personal information, impersonating another individual, or using a stolen identity during registration or KYC.

• Technical exploitation: Using bots, scripts, automated software, or any technical exploit to gain an unfair advantage in any game or sports market on the bbwin platform.

• Money laundering: Using the bbwin platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime purpose. bbwin cooperates fully with relevant authorities and is obligated to report suspicious activity.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with a bank or payment provider for a completed deposit without first raising a formal dispute through bbwin's support channels.
• Abusive behaviour: Directing abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language at bbwin support staff or any other platform participant via any communication channel.

bbwin reserves the right to take appropriate action against any account found to be in breach of these obligations, up to and including permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Closure by the Player

You may close your bbwin account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected] or via live chat. Before closure, any pending withdrawal requests must be completed and all active bonus conditions resolved. Closing your account does not exempt you from obligations arising from activity conducted prior to closure.

7.2 Suspension or Closure by bbwin

bbwin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Discovery that the registered account holder is under 18 years of age

• Prolonged account inactivity (12 consecutive months without login)

Where an account is closed by bbwin due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited in whole or in part at bbwin's discretion. Where closure is for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's last verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

7.3 Inactive Accounts

An account that has not been accessed for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as inactive. bbwin may apply a monthly administration fee to inactive accounts as stated in the prevailing fee schedule. Players with inactive accounts will be notified by email before any administration fee is applied and given a reasonable opportunity to reactivate their account.

8. Limitation of Liability

However, bbwin does not guarantee uninterrupted access and accepts no liability for losses resulting from platform downtime, technical failures, network interruptions, or maintenance periods — whether scheduled or unscheduled.

In the event of a manifest error, system malfunction, or technical fault during a game or sports betting event, bbwin reserves the right to void the relevant bets or game rounds and return stakes to the affected players. bbwin will not be held liable for losses or missed winnings resulting from such events. The decision of bbwin's technical team regarding the validity of any game round or betting transaction in the event of a technical fault is final.

8.3 Third-Party Providers

Games on the bbwin platform are supplied by independent third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. While bbwin only partners with certified, reputable providers, bbwin accepts no liability for errors, malfunctions, or disputes arising directly from the operation of third-party game software. 8.4 General Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bbwin's total aggregate liability to any player arising from or in connection with their use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their bbwin account in the 90-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bbwin shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform — including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or emotional distress — regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable or bbwin had been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8.5 Governing Language

These Terms are published in English. In the event of any ambiguity or conflict arising from translations or summaries of these Terms, the English-language version published at bbwin.im/terms-conditions shall prevail.
